The hotel was in the central setting good close to mall. The room was brand-new and high-class with a well furnished bathroom. The staff were all decent and efficient, very efficient service. Nothing too much trouble, I had a very enjoyable stay and would love to go back...

Great location, close to Medina. Housekeeping, towel guy and Hafid in the restaurant were all brilliant Chef in the restaurant personally catering for coeliac requirements Very very good value for all inclusive to be fair
Outdoor pool so cold its barely useable Pool bar staff exceptionally lazy, disinterested and unhelpful Large staff numbers in buffet restaurant but only 1-2 people will actually get you a drink Family of cats that appear to live by the restaurant and wander amongst the tables (indoors aswell) - very unhygienic Paying to use the fitness centre (incl the heated pool, the gym, everything) Slow reception staff Very little variation in the menu No hotel information at all in the rooms Wifi very very weak in rooms

Position was good in a relaxing quiet area but yet within easy walking distance of the centre. We were able to hire an excellent guide at the hotel for two days who spoke very good English and was so patient and informative. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.
On occasions one or two of the reception staff were not very friendly/helpful and sometimes it was difficult to understand their limited English. I feel a 5* hotel should employ staff with better communication skills.

I think the staff can use a little more help in treating there guests. Felt distrispected at times. Times had questions which couldn't be answered honestly.
I didn't like that there were roaches in the bed room. Staff were disrespectful at times. As well as we were being charged for extra items we didn't order for our room.

Had an amazing Christmas getaway at this hotel. The food was plentiful and of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were courteous and provided great service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old town and the new town. The comfortable rooms were well-maintained and the daily room service was a plus. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and gym facilities, which added to the overall experience. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus for staying connected.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The hotel lacked some basic amenities that would be expected in a 5-star establishment.

Moved us to a new room quickly when room flooded.
Mobile phone was damaged and I was assured they would resolve through insurance but after I got back to London I have not heard from them. My fault for trusting them.

Located close to various restaurants, cafes and the Menara Mall with a supermarket. Walking distance to the main square. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great views of the gardens. Bathrooms were well-maintained with plenty of hot water. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Staff were friendly and courteous, and the pool and gardens were lovely.
Some areas of the hotel were in need of repairs.

The size of the room
The price not good for the value. I needed to justify my booking for a deluxe room pool view. It's written "all inclusive" but it's not the case (only breakfast). My booking was not recorded in their system and I had to send to the hotel staff my Booking confirmation email Check in was too long. Breakfast not so good.

The location was ok and the tours we booked all picked up from this hotel. Not far from the airport. Only £8 cab fair although we were charged £20 when we booked a car before traveling. The grounds are nice and well kept
Hardly any of the staff spoke English, most were rude when interacting with anyone who didn't speak French. The food selection was limited and despite our all inclusive booking, the spa, access to the gym and all but one alcoholic drink had to be paid for separately and there didn't appear to be an option to have these extras included. There wasn't much to do at the hotel itself, pool tables were pushed to one side and no one was able to play. Entertainment was limited to one singer in the evenings (she was amazing and has such a beautiful voice). No daytime activities or pool games were on offer. No real effort seemed to be made to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Had we not booked excursions for each day, we would've been stuck in our hotel room watching films online. However, a few of the staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful and friendly! We appreciate them and are grateful for their hospitality.
